Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours (12 hours for Intercity Transfers and transfers with minibus) before your ride. You can change or postpone your booking free of charge as well.
What should I do if I cannot find place of my destination on website?
Just choose hotel, station, etc. or write your own address, name of station, hotel etc. you have, and we will mail you back.

How can I pay for my booking?
Unfortunately, there is just one possibility to pay by cash to the driver.
But we are working on expanding ways of paying.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive your booking confirmation email just after you will have finished your reservation.
What is the transportation time between Prague airport and the city?
Travel time from Prague airport to the city takes on average 25-30 minutes. If you travel during peak times or your destination is outside of city center of Prague, it can take up to 45 minutes.
When will I get my sales invoice?
You will get it at the end of your journey.
How will I find my driver at the airport, hotel or station?
Our driver will meet you with a name plate at the exit from arrival area in airport.
For hotel’s booking – your driver will be waiting for you at the reception desk or he will inform you, where he can pick you up.
For the Main Train Station – meeting point is in front of the Burger King restaurant inside the arrivals building. For others train stations our driver will meet you directly at the main entrance.
For all bus stations – your driver will meet you directly at your bus platform.
How long does it take to get through the passport’s and customs control at Prague airport?
Generally, allow 20-30 minutes after landing for passengers to clear passport control, baggage reclaim and customs.
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

How early do I need to book my car?
We can provide service within 40 minutes sometimes, but the earlier book the better it will be. 2 - 4 hours are recommended. If you are making a last-minute booking you should phone +777 535 399.
What will happen if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as possible on +420 777 535 399. We are monitoring the flight, so it is not a problem. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
What if I miss my flight?
Contact us as soon as possible on +420 777 535 399. If you fail to inform us and the driver is dispatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full charge.
What is my flight number?
This is the number for your flight, usually starts with 2 to 3 letters and follows with 4 digits e.g. OK 8080 or EZY 2435. Your flight number is NOT your booking confirmation number.
Why do I need a baby seat?
Czech law demands that anyone under 12 years old must use an appropriate child seat.
Gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not a requirement. However, if you're extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).
